DFFK Receives Football Support as Federation Prepares to Restart Regional Tournaments
The Deaf Football Federation of Kenya (DFFK) has received a boost in its efforts to strengthen Deaf football and prepare for the return of regional tournaments.
During an official engagement between DFFK and Football Kenya Federation (FKF), FKF supported DFFK players with five footballs to help strengthen training and player development.
The support comes at an important time as DFFK looks to restart its tournament activities across the regions after a relatively quiet period.
DFFK appreciates FKF for recognising the importance of Deaf football and supporting the continued development of Deaf players.
The federation also extends its appreciation to Nickson Kakiri, who donated trophies towards the upcoming DFFK tournament efforts. His support is an important contribution towards creating more competitive opportunities for Deaf footballers.
DFFK Calls on Players to Register
As preparations begin, DFFK is calling on all players to keep registering and updating their membership through their clubs.
Players are encouraged to join and remain active in registered DFFK clubs within their regions. Strong club participation will help the federation organize competitive regional tournaments and identify talent for future national teams.
After a quiet period, DFFK is ready to get football moving again.
Keep training. Keep registering. Keep playing.
The federation looks forward to working with clubs, players, partners and supporters to bring competitive Deaf football back to the regions.
